About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines are 40 years old on average and grow in sandy clay soils at an altitude of 600 m.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand into small crates. Alcoholic fermentation is followed by malolactic fermentation.
Ageing
The wine rests for one year in concrete tanks, followed by three months in oak barrels and three months in bottle.
