FIOL cocktail time with Kevin Kos and Lorenzo Di Cola

The 2023 competition was open to cocktail bars in Venice. Participating venues had to create and promote a drink in which FIOL was the principal element, submit the recipe and register their participation by the announced deadlines.

Six shortlisted cocktails and venues were invited to present their creations to Kevin Kos and Lorenzo Di Cola at Palazzo Experimental during Venice Cocktail Week on 26 October 2023. The finalists were scheduled to be announced on 19 October.

The winning bartender received a filmed session with Kevin Kos at the winning venue on 27 October. The resulting video was intended for publication through Kevin Kos’s and FIOL’s communication channels and was also made available to the bartender and venue.
