Cantine Aperte a San Martino returns to Cantine Florio

The 10 November programme ran from 10:30 to 18:30. “La genesi del Marsala” used an experiential workshop to follow production from vineyard to bottle. “Sulle orme dei Florio” combined family history with an itinerant tasting in the barrel rooms. “Sorsi d’autunno” paired a guided visit with an autumn buffet. The three formats were designed around production, heritage and seasonal gastronomy.
