About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow at 550 m above sea level on sandy, limestone-rich soils. The vineyards are farmed organically, using green manure as fertilizer.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness. The fruit undergoes 15 days of maceration and is vinified in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests for 12 months in large oak barrels, followed by approximately 12 months in bottle.
