About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Vermentino fruit is grown in Gallura in northern Sardinia. This extensive area extends eastward from the Coghinas River, with its southern boundary turning north around the Monti di Alà hills before reaching the coast near Posada. The vineyard soils consist of sandstone, stones and granite.
Vinification
Traditional white-wine vinification takes place in stainless-steel tanks to retain freshness.
Ageing
After bottling, the wine rests for 4–6 months in the winery’s cellars.
Serving and pairing
Pair with light first courses, seafood risotto, grilled fish or mild cheeses such as Pecorino.
