About this wine
Vinification
Selected grapes undergo two fermentations. The first takes place in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C to preserve the delicate aroma. The second is carried out for 40 days by the Charmat–Martinotti method in sealed pressure tanks known as acratophores. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Ageing
After fermentation, the wine rests for several months at a controlled temperature.
Tasting profile
Well structured, with a delicate aroma and fine, persistent bubbles.
