About this wine
Vinification
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17–18 °C to preserve the delicate aroma. A second fermentation follows in sealed pressure tanks, or autoclaves, using the Martinotti method. The wine is bottled under pressure.
Tasting profile
Fragrant and fresh, with peach notes and a delicate, pleasantly persistent palate. The style is easy-drinking.
