About this wine
Vinification
Ripe grapes are harvested from 8 to 12 October and pressed. The must ferments for 10 days.
Ageing
The wine matures in oak barrels for nine months.

Elegant, with a rich, fruit-forward aroma and an expressive, spicy palate.
