Wine according to Andrea, Giordano winemaker

Andrea describes wine as a journey of aromas, colours and discoveries. Dolcetto was his formative wine: he grew up in its Alba production area and credits it with changing the way he perceived the surrounding hills. For the red wines carrying his name, he pursued two connected ideas. Fruit character should remain clearly recognizable, particularly in the bouquet, while the wine should also be expressive enough to create an emotional memory. The resulting approach values clarity of fruit, personality and the capacity of a wine to leave a lasting impression beyond structure and flavour alone.
