Vermouth di Torino Week 2026

The fifth Vermouth di Torino Week, created by the Consorzio del Vermouth di Torino, ran from 21 to 28 June 2026. Its programme promoted knowledge of Piedmont’s protected aromatized wine, its history, production identity and role in mixology.

Cocchi’s 2026 theme revisited the Savoyard roots of Vermouth di Torino. Historic serving ideas were reinterpreted in a contemporary, lower-alcohol format through a dedicated menu intended for professionals and enthusiasts. The programme linked Piedmontese identity with current demand for lighter cocktails and new occasions for drinking vermouth.
