Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from Gorgo’s own vineyards.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand at optimal ripeness and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature.
Ageing
The wine rests for four months in stainless-steel tanks.
Serving and pairing
Pair with shellfish, fish dishes, chicken, seafood pasta or soft cheeses.
