About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The certified-organic vineyards (IT-BIO-014) lie on gently sloping moraine soils around the small village of Custoza, east of Lake Garda. The vines grow in a mild microclimate shaped by the lake.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested entirely by hand at optimal ripeness. They are gently pressed and fermented under controlled temperatures.
Ageing
The wine rests in steel vats for four months.
Tasting profile
Graceful and harmonious, with layered fruit and floral aromas and flavours. The character is balanced and mineral.
