Lady Chardonnay at Gurra di Mare

Damaris Deere Ford of Landmark Vineyards chose Gurra Soprana in Menfi for her 2019 summer stay. The location placed her close to the Gurra di Mare vineyard, which extends toward the beach. Her visit connected a prominent Sonoma Valley Chardonnay figure with the Menfi landscape and Gurra di Mare’s Chardonnay–Viognier wine made using bâtonnage.
