Large participation in the 2020 Global Digital Tasting

Domini Castellare di Castellina held its second Global Digital Tasting on 16 April 2020. The event connected 300 wine lovers, 60 importers and 240 wine professionals across four continents and was led by Antonio Galloni and Alessandro Cellai. It followed the group’s first global digital tasting in 2015 and was organized after the pandemic halted international wine fairs. Gurra di Mare participated with Tirsat 2018, the only white wine in the tasting. A video discussion afterward allowed importers and wine lovers to ask questions; Giovanni Mantovani of Veronafiere proposed repeating the format at a future Vinitaly, an invitation accepted by Cellai and Paolo Panerai.
