Charles Smith chooses Pasqua Wines for exclusive international distribution

Charles Smith selected Pasqua Wines as exclusive international distributor for selected parts of the House of Smith portfolio. The agreement covered K Vintners, Real Wine and Sex in selected international markets, complementing Smith’s established distribution in the United States and giving the portfolio access to Pasqua’s international commercial network.

Effective from 8 July 2025, the arrangement called for Pasqua to begin international distribution in September. It went beyond distribution in the case of Real Wine: Pasqua could acquire a minority interest of up to 20%, with the final stake linked to performance and growth targets.

The partnership brought together House of Smith’s artisanal, low-intervention approach, sustainable farming and distinctive visual identity with Pasqua’s international reach. Charles Smith presented the agreement as a means of communicating wines rooted in place, purpose and passion to a wider audience while supporting future growth.
