Le Tenute Valdo: a new line of still wines

At Vinitaly 2023, Valdo presented Le Tenute Valdo, a new range that extended the company’s activity from sparkling wines into still wines. The project was developed with I Magredi, Valdo’s Friulian partner since 2018, and consolidated production associated with the Friuli Grave denomination.

The launch comprised five labels: Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon among the reds, with Pinot Grigio, Ribolla Gialla and Sauvignon Blanc among the whites. The range resulted from close oenological work between the two companies and brought together Valdo’s market and sparkling-wine experience with I Magredi’s Friulian production. It formed part of a wider strategy to diversify the offer and respond to changing markets without abandoning the partners’ established winegrowing identities.
