The event was scheduled for 13 April at the Sikania Garden Village in Randazzo. Salvo Foti was to discuss the evolution of winemaking on Etna with Fabrizio Carrera, director of Cronache di Gusto, and wine writer Federico Latteri. Under the title “Vini dell’Etna, quale identità?”, the conversation was designed to consider the transformations of Etnean viticulture, its international recognition and its future identity.
