A special place in Montalcino: the Vineyard of Mozart

Carlo Cignozzi established Il Paradiso di Frassina in 2000 to investigate music’s effects on grapevines. The project developed with the support of research teams in Florence, Pisa and Arezzo and technical sponsorship from Bose. Its environmental objective is to reduce pesticides and other harmful inputs while supporting healthy vines and organically farmed fruit.
