From vineyard to cellar: our commitment to the land

Sustainability is presented as a daily operating principle centred on land, people and the future. Environmental impact is assessed continuously so that emissions and other pressures can be reduced while biodiversity is strengthened.

In the vineyards, green manure, compost and minimal-intervention techniques support soil vitality. Native plants and ecological corridors provide habitat for bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Canopy management reduces water stress and sunburn, while more adaptable varieties and rootstocks help prepare the vineyards for climate change. Picking dates are selected to preserve phenolic maturity, acidity and aromatic integrity.

The carbon programme measures CO₂ emissions and seeks to balance them through responsible woodland management and low-impact technologies. Rainwater is collected in basins and reused, while winery water passes through conservation, treatment and recycling systems. Old forest paths and recreational areas are being restored to reconnect visitors with the landscape.

Building renovation incorporates energy efficiency, renewable sources, solar panels and environmentally compatible materials. Equalitas certification recognises the social dimension of the programme, including inclusivity, equal opportunity and workplace respect. Training, transparent communication, weather stations, precision viticulture and low-intervention cellar work form part of the same continuous-improvement policy.
