The inauguration of ‘Tenuta Il Tesoro’, our winery in Maremma

The Il Tesoro winery was inaugurated on 1 June 2024 with local authorities, a ribbon cutting and a celebratory lunch featuring local products. The project recovered the historic premises of the Valpiana agricultural cooperative and adapted them for modern wine production.

Adriana and Urs Burkard described the opening as a company milestone and credited the contribution of their employees. They linked the investment to organic, environmentally respectful winegrowing and to the enhancement of the Maremma through its wines. The event brought together the owners, CEO Alberto Fusi, winemaker Simone Di Pasquale, guests and Massa Marittima mayor Marcello Giuntini.
