About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vines grow on volcanic soils with southern and southeastern exposures. Their average age is 20 years.
Vinification
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed and pressed, then held in dedicated containers for 24 hours at 5 °C. Malolactic fermentation is followed by alcoholic fermentation in barriques, 25% of which are new.
Ageing
The wine rests for eight months.

Golden in colour, with a rich, fruity palate.

Annual production is approximately 18,500 bottles.
