Dario Bianchellini, head bartender of Locale Firenze, created new versions of the Highball and Espresso Martini with Sarpa and Segretario di Stato Whisky. He presented the drinks in Toronto on 8 October 2025 during the Italian Cocktail Revolution masterclass. Locale Firenze was ranked 22nd in The World's 50 Best Bars.
