Vinalia 2026: the La Guardiense experience

From 4 to 10 August 2026, Guardia Sanframondi hosted the 33rd Vinalia, a week devoted to wine, culture and local gastronomy. In Piazza Castello, the Janare–La Guardiense bistrot offered a different tasting itinerary each evening, pairing selections from the winery’s ranges with dishes designed around their aromas, structure and character.

La Guardiense also opened its production spaces for free guided visits. The programme introduced work in both vineyard and cellar and concluded with thematic tastings, including sessions focused on the Janare crus and different interpretations of Falanghina. The initiative connected the wines with the growers, cuisine and cultural identity of Sannio.
