La Roncaia hosts Il Concerto del Gusto dell’Oro di Ramandolo

On 3 December 2012, La Roncaia joined Comelli, Zaccomer and Merlino as one of four cellar-auditoriums for Il Concerto del Gusto dell’Oro di Ramandolo. The event celebrated the wine named after the small village of Ramandolo in the commune of Nimis.

La Roncaia enotechnician Adriano Copetti and fellow members of the Associazione Produttori di Ramandolo supported Via dei Sapori del Friuli Venezia Giulia in organizing the programme. Its central production demonstration was the pressing of dried grapes for the 2012 Ramandolo vintage before an audience. Tastings from the participating cellars were paired with dishes created by regional restaurateurs, followed by a dessert-focused gathering at the Ramandolo Club.
