Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at approximately 210 m above sea level on clay-limestone soils.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. No sulfites are used in production.
Ageing
The wine rests on its lees in stainless steel vats for five months.

Fresh and floral on the nose, with a rich, lively palate and an elegant, fruity finish.
