About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The fruit comes from mature vines aged 25–35 years.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-September. After destemming, they are gently pressed and fermented at low temperature on the lees in stainless-steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine remains on the lees in stainless-steel tanks for four months and is bottled in mid-January.
Tasting profile
Fresh, full-flavoured and notably smooth.
