About this wine
Vinification
Made by the ripasso method. Once the initial fermentation is complete, the remains of grapes used for the amarone method are added, initiating a second fermentation and adding complexity.
Ageing
Aged for four years in French and American barrels, followed by one year in the cellar after bottling. This maturation balances the wine’s strength and contributes structure.
Tasting profile
Rich and fruity, with a powerful, expressive character and well-balanced flavours. Despite its strength, the alcohol is not prominent on the palate.

Pair with grilled steak.
