About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The Pinot Grigio grows in a vineyard with limestone and gravel soils.
Vinification
The bunches are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks at 20–22 °C.
Ageing
The wine stays in the same stainless-steel tanks on its fine lees for 8 months, which gives it depth and richness and helps it age well over time.
Tasting profile
Fresh and lively in both aroma and flavour, with an elegant, distinctive texture. Mature enough to drink now.
Serving and pairing
Serve chilled to bring out the full range of aromas and flavours. Works as an aperitif.
