About this wine

Vineyard and terroir

The Sauvignon Blanc grows in the San Lorenzo area of Friuli, on young vines about 15 years old.

Vinification

The grapes are harvested by hand once ripe and carefully sorted. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, which preserves the freshness and expressive aromas typical of the variety.

Ageing

The wine spends 8 months on fine lees in steel tanks, with regular bâtonnage. After bottling it matures for several more months in the cellar, becoming more refined and elegant.

Tasting profile

Refreshing on the palate, with a delicate aroma. The style is clean and refined, and the wine reflects the distinctive character of its Friulian terroir.
