About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The vineyards lie at 300–350 metres above sea level, with an excellent microclimate and porous tuff soils.
Grapes
The grapes are Sangiovese Grosso.
Vinification
Made in the traditional way. The grapes are harvested by hand into small plastic crates. Fermentation lasts 20 days at a controlled temperature of 28–30 °C.
Ageing
8–10 months in stainless steel tanks.

A classic dry red with a rich yet smooth, refreshing taste and a vibrant fruity aroma.
