About this wine
Grapes
Half of the grapes are dried for 10–12 days before vinification.
Vinification
After drying, the grapes undergo one day of cold skin maceration. 30% of the wine is fermented in oak barrels and 70% in stainless steel tanks.
Ageing
The wine rests on the lees for around 7–8 months before bottling, followed by a further 4 months of ageing.
Tasting profile
Elegant, authentic and appealing from the first sip, with a concentrated, rich and aromatic style.
