About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes come from hillside vineyards in the northern part of Vicenza, in the Breganze region. The volcanic soils contain gravel.
Vinification
The grapes undergo two days of cold maceration after harvest, followed by gentle pressing.
Ageing
The wine rests in stainless-steel tanks for four months.
Tasting profile
The 2011 vintage has a fruity aroma and a soft palate.

Suitable as an aperitif.
