Tasting Experiences

The introductory format presented four selected wines. A second paired four wines with four artisanal local cheeses, including pecorino. The fullest option added locally cured prosciutto and salami. Every format included a guided walk through the vineyard and cellar and an explanation of the family’s production philosophy.
