“Brut ma bon”: Metodo Classico by Tenuta Carretta Experience

The Tenuta Carretta Experience wine club organized a comparative Metodo Classico tasting for 3 July 2019. The program placed Malgrà’s long-aged sparkling wines alongside bottlings from Edoardo Miroglio Winery.

The Malgrà selection comprised Col dei Ronchi Brut, Col dei Ronchi Brut Rosé, Col dei Ronchi Cuvée 120 and Col dei Ronchi Rosé de Saignée 120. The event highlighted the contrast between Malgrà’s prolonged maturation on the lees and the livelier style represented by the Bulgarian estate’s sparkling wines.
