About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in mid-October, followed by a traditional seven-day fermentation on the skins at a controlled temperature of 30 °C.
Ageing
The wine rests for six months in stainless-steel tanks.
Tasting profile
The aroma is harmonious, intense and lightly spicy. The palate is rich, well balanced and smooth, with a lingering finish.
Label / history
The name “Mhuri” comes from a South African word meaning “family.”
