About this wine
Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Alba area on clay-limestone soils with a layer of marl.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and taken directly to the winery, where they are sorted, destemmed and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled tanks, followed by approximately eight days of maceration with regular pump-overs.
Ageing
The wine ages in Slavonian oak barrels, gaining finesse and balance.
