Rising raw-material costs and shortages encouraged the business to seek more supplies from local producers whose products aligned with its philosophy. The article profiled an anonymous vineyard team member known as UDF, employed since 2013 and trained in environmental and natural sciences. He described vineyard work as a practical application of his studies and emphasised observation, effort, energy and passion. The remainder of the article presented the winter Wine Club selection.
