Marina Danieli Wine Club – Selezione primaverile 2021

Alternating mild and freezing winter conditions reduced populations of insects harmful to vines. Rainfall was initially scarce and intense, then became more regular. Cane bending was tailored by variety to support quality without reducing crop volume. In new plantings, green-manure roots aerated deeper soil without mechanical cultivation and encouraged interaction with vine roots. Following professional training, the winemaker began collaborating with a local brewery on an experimental Italian Grape Ale using must from a local grape variety.
