About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand, with only the ripest fruit selected. They are dried in dedicated rooms to concentrate their sugars and aromas, then gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine matures in barrels for 24 months before filtration and bottling, followed by further maturation in the winery’s cellars for an unspecified period.
