Forest Bathing with Aurora Endrici

The experience ran from 09:30 to 12:30 in the Pinot Nero vineyard, the estate’s most secluded plot, surrounded by beech woodland. Aurora Endrici, a sommelier, wellness coach and CSEN CONI Trentino Alto Adige-qualified forest-bathing guide, led an activity inspired by Shinrin-Yoku and designed for participants aged 16 and over.

The programme required no demanding physical effort and concluded with Trentodoc Riserva and Pinot Nero accompanied by a small Trentino platter. Long trousers, hiking boots and a water bottle were recommended. Participation cost €30, places were limited, and bad weather would have moved the event to another date.
