Cantine Aperte 2025 — Il giro del mondo in 5 calici

Restaurant Scrigno Del Duomo prepared five courses inspired by international cuisines, each matched with a Trentino wine and presented in a guided tasting by a Cavit oenologist. Cosmopolitan Duo supplied live music.

The menu paired a lakeside aperitif of Rulendis Pinot Grigio Trentino Superiore DOC 2022 with sushi, maki, gazpacho and tacos; Bottega Vinai Sauvignon Blanc Trentino DOC 2024 with sea-bass ceviche, pastry, smoked paprika and guacamole; Maso Toresella Chardonnay Trentino DOC Riserva 2023 with basmati rice and oriental-style chicken; Kelter Lagrein Trentino DOC Riserva 2021 with kebab, salad and yoghurt sauce; and Rupe Re Trentino Superiore DOC Vendemmia Tardiva 2022 with baked American-style cheesecake and milk caramel. The event ran from 12:00 to 15:30.
