Trentodoc Festival 2025 — Il giro del mondo in cinque calici Trentodoc

The event paired five dishes inspired by different national cuisines with five Altemasi Trentodoc wines. The sequence comprised Japan with Altemasi Blanc de Noirs 2020, Peru with Altemasi Pas Dosé 2019, Mexico with Altemasi Rosé, India with Altemasi Gran Cuvée and Spain with Altemasi Riserva Graal 2018.

An oenologist guided the tasting and described the links among place, aroma and mountain sparkling-wine freshness. Musical accompaniment completed the programme. The event ran from 12:00 to 15:30 and was sold out.
