Vineyard and terroir
The grapes grow in the Leradici vineyard on limestone and clay soils.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested from late September to early October. They undergo 10 days of skin maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation begins after alcoholic fermentation is complete.
