2023 Sustainability Report

The 2023 reporting cycle assembled the year's sustainability data, activities and plans under the Equalitas framework. Work concentrated on partnerships for recycling and waste reduction and on the redesign of Quercioli. The project introduced a lighter bottle, different label paper, removal of the capsule and Carbon Neutral certification through ClimatePartner. Annual reporting has continued since the winery obtained Equalitas sustainable-organization certification in 2021.
