Our beloved president Giorgio Medici has left us

Giorgio Medici died on 12 September 2024 after leading the company for many decades. The family credited his integrity, passion, vision and emphasis on transparency. The board and management committed to an orderly transition and operational continuity. Ownership was to formalize the transfer of the presidency to Giorgio's son Alberto, CEO since 2014; Alessandra, Pierluigi and Alessandro would continue the family leadership, with Alessandro representing the fifth generation on the board.
