Quercioli Line: A Sustainable Restyling

The project connected organic farming across the estate's holdings with maintenance of woods, roadsides and meadows; recorded cellar procedures; FSC-certified cartons containing 70–100% recycled cellulose; and bottles containing 40–75% recycled glass. Pomace and skins, silicone label backing and pallet film were directed into separate circular-economy systems. The resulting line uses a lighter bottle, no capsule, neutral brown cartons and neutral wire cages. ClimatePartner calculated emissions across wine production, bottling and packaging and supported offset projects for Carbon Neutral certification, while the longer-term goal remains direct emission reduction.
