Gran Premio internazionale della Ristorazione 2019

The winners were presented on 28 January in the ceremonial hall of the Grand Hotel in Rimini. The prize was dedicated to dining and hospitality culture and was supported by the International Maitres Association Hotel Restaurant, Federazione Italiana Settore Turismo and Agenzia Stampa ANIC Genova.

The jury was led by journalist and food-and-wine critic Pier Antonio Bonvicini. The honorary commission included Enrico Derflingher, Paolo Teverini and Rossano Boscolo. Monte Dall’Ora was recognised for wines described by the jury as territorial, personal, complex and ageworthy, capable of expressing Valpolicella independently of fashion while respecting local biodiversity.
