Reserve wines account for 35% of the blend, balanced with Chardonnay sourced from Monte Rossa crus.
Vinification
The wine ferments in stainless-steel tanks and oak barrels. It is then bottled for secondary fermentation.

Label / history
The wine was created for Monte Rossa’s 35th anniversary. “P.R.” combines the initials of founders Paola Rovetta and Paolo Rabotti. Rovetta pioneered winemaking in Franciacorta from the 1970s, while Rabotti promoted the region and founded the Franciacorta Consortium, serving as its first president.
