In conversation with Sandro Granucci

Born and raised in Lucca, Granucci began as a sculptor and moved to Florence in the early 1970s to study architecture while pursuing painting and graphics. He settled in Chianti in the 1980s. His bronze Equilibrio Ecologico, now at Montecalvi, explores the relationship between nature, humanity and earth. He subsequently created artistic labels for Montecalvi's Chianti Classico Riserva and Alta Valle della Greve.
