About this wine
Vinification
The grapes are harvested in late September and fermented for 25 days in stainless steel or concrete tanks at no more than 28–30 °C. After alcoholic fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in small two- and three-year-old Taransaud French oak barrels.
Ageing
The wine remains in the same French oak barrels for approximately 15–18 months.
